Full Job Description

Full Remote.  Home Office.  Anywhere US.

300,000 sq.ft. temperature-controlled warehouse for food producers, distributors and retailers.  Services include: 14 loading docks, 25,000 pallets, freezers, coolers, dry, order picking, cross-docking, load consolidation, USDA Approved. 

Develop new customers for cold storage, warehousing / storage, 3PL services, private label repackaging.

Responsibilities:

To acquire new customers, manage customer relationships and play a strategic role in the strategy and execution of the company’s business development and sales efforts.

Develop and initiate proactive lead generation methods, build and manage a sales funnel that is 20 times annual revenue goal.

Develop an understanding of the competitive landscape and pricing in order to assist in shaping the company’s growth strategy.

Be the Voice of the Customer by providing timely customer and market feedback to all internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

BS/BA

3+ years of distribution / warehousing sales experience specifically in the temperature-controlled market.

Must have relative industry experience including distribution, warehousing and logistics, and understand common business practices and standards. Must have supply chain knowledge within the industry.

Experience forming and maintaining new business relationships.

Base Salary $75-100K + Performance bonus, company health, dental, vision, home office, vacation.
