RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Saint Louis, MO. Key Tasks:
  • Customer Service Representative will support inside sales and customer service team with administrative and clerical duties that arise
  • Assist Customer Service to assure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will identify, communicate, and support resolution of problem areas regarding data entry, system error, customer-service issues, customer-training issues, or other areas that may negatively impact the overall customer-service process
  • Data processing and light order entry

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS/BA in Business preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a related industry
  • Data entry and experience/proficiency with computer software
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Excellent customer service & relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
