Taishan Unit 1 Cold Functional Test (CFT) was successfully completed on Jan.27th,2016. Unit 1 is now under overall joint commissioning stage,while Unit 2 at the erection peak, the project is in smooth progress with safety, quality and schedule controlled.
CFT of Taishan Unit 1 was started on Dec.30th,2015. CFT is an important milestone to verify the equipment and systems through hydraulic test over reactor coolant system and some nuclear auxiliary systems. Unit 1 CFT was organized under the supervision of the related regulators base on the regulations and procedures.
CFT was finally completed on Jan.27th,2016.
Since the commencement of Taishan Project, the project is facilitated under the principle of Safety First, Quality First,Pursuit of Excellence, compliance with National laws and regulations. TNPJVC will continue promoting the project, strictly follow the nuclear regulations, the related standards and guidelines, operate the station in the safe and reliable way in the long run.
