Huaneng listed subsidiary companies won Golden Bauhinia Award again

On November 30, 2017, Golden Bauhinia Hong Kong International Financial Forum and China Securities Golden Bauhinia Prize Awarding Ceremony were held in Hong Kong. Huaneng Power International Inc. was awarded the prize for “Best Listed Company", being the sixth time the company won Golden Bauhinia Award. Huaneng Renewables Corporation Limited was awarded the prize for “Listed Company with the Best Investment Value in the 13th Five-year Plan Period”, being the fourth time the company won Golden Bauhinia Award.

Jointly organized by Hong Kong Ta Kung Wenhui Media Group, the Listed Companies Association of Beijing, the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, Chinese Financial Association of Hong Kong and other institutions, the China Securities Golden Bauhinia Award is an evaluation and selection event with the largest scale, the highest level and the most credibility for listed companies in mainland China and Hong Kong and their executives over the past 20 years of development of Chinese capital market. Since 2011 till now, it has been held consecutively for seven sessions. The selection activity is based on authoritative data from well-known securities institutions in mainland China and Hong Kong as well as industrial nomination, expert assessment and recommendations from the organizing committee to recommend excellent enterprises and executives, serving as an important benchmark in China’s capital market.
