CEC established Talent Assessment Center Co., Ltd

On December 18, Yang Kun, executive president of CEC, and Wang Zhixuan, vice president of CEC, jointly attended the opening ceremony, marking the official establishment of CEC Talent Assessment Center Co., Ltd.

The establishment of CEC Talent Assessment Center Co., Ltd. is an important attempt of socialized and market-oriented reform of CEC. It is a third-party talent assessment organization formed by integrating the existing education and training resources of CEC. The main business scope of CEC Talent Assessment Center Co., Ltd. includes: carrying out business training for industry practitioners, evaluating the ability of professional technicians and skilled personnel; standardizing industry training institutions and cooperating with international organizations to carry out certification & evaluation in the industry; carrying out big data on talents in the power industry, building think tanks, and carrying out personnel exchanges. Beijing Electric Power Training Center is under management of CEC Talent Assessment Center Co., Ltd.

At the opening ceremony, Yang Kun emphasized the significance of the company's establishment, requiring the company to rely firmly on the CEC, cooperate with all parties and build a service platform of talent development for the power industry. The company is also required to improve the operation mechanism and provide good services for CEC members and power enterprises.
